5+ years of experience as Purchase Manager in an international Manufacturing or Production site.

Preferably with degree in Economics, Supply Chain or Engineering.

To be familiar with main manufacturing processes, the totality of global suppliers, customers, end users and our supplier's suppliers.

Prior purchase experience with sheet metal parts, electrical and electrical components, pipes and tubing, solenoid and safety valve components.

Experience in cooperating with different countries, including China and the USA, legal aspects, customs, etc.

Experience in setting up contracts with off shore suppliers

Fluent English and Russian written and spoken languages required

Business Understanding, supply chain, export – import operations, logistics, finance

Technical Learning

Computer Technology, basics Microsoft office, , ERP and MRP plant software and Internet.

Main targets:

1. Develop and implement global purchasing and contract management instructions, 2. Develop and implement applicable policies and procedures, 3. Implement an efficient reporting system for global purchasing, 4. Insur Bovis Lend Lease e that the global sourcing of components is met on time in order to satisfy sales order and production plans, after market support and global customer service demands.
